About the Designer
Errata

A nod to retro blankets, this is a timeless design. Cleverly placed join-as-you-go motifs, facing different directions, transform the classic granny square into a zigzag showstopper! Created in Cotton-based yarns with a soft halo, it’s equally suited to picnics or wrapping up on the sofa.

Pattern

This is a beginner level pattern. It appears in YARN Bookazine 15 - Metamorphosis, published by Scheepjes.

My name is Helda. I live in London, England, in a house filled with yarns. My perfect day involves designing with lots of colour. Life is so much better when you fill the blank spaces with joyous colour. I am inspired by so many things. I’m particularly fond of rust, patina, but equally I’m inspired by nature. I suppose you could say I’m inspired by everything. I never go anywhere without my notebook. I have one at the side of my bed for those eureka moments that often turn into a special design.

I am not very tech savvy. I can be found at mostly on Ravelry.
