Ever-changing island microclimates mean an extra layer is a must. Reminiscent of poplin prints and vintage sundresses in soft sandy colours, a cosy colourwork cardigan in an Extra Fine Merino Wool blend is easy to throw on and will see you through morning dog walks, dunes on windy days, and trips to the local museum.

Dario Tubiana is an Italian knitwear designer working between Amsterdam and Rome. Through this project he designs hand-knitted garments and patterns, focusing on structure, color, and technique.

His work combines traditional knitting skills with a contemporary approach to garment construction. He often explores how techniques such as intarsia, embroidery, and textured stitches can be used to create strong and graphic designs.

Alongside his design work, Dario Tubiana teaches knitting workshops around the world at festivals in, yarn events, and universities. Teaching is an important part of his practice, where he shares techniques and helps knitters better understand how garments are constructed.
