At Scheepjes, we strive for the highest quality in our products. If you believe there is something wrong with your product, we recommend returning to the store where you purchased it. They can assist you further and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Why do I have to contact my retailer and not Scheepjes directly?
Scheepjes is a wholesaler, which means we supply our yarns and products to a network of independent retailers around the world. These retailers, whether online or in-store, are our trusted partners and handle all customer-facing services. This includes:
- Order support such as shipping, returns, and tracking
- Product-related questions like stock availability, prices, or colour choices
- Customer service issues related to purchases or delivery
Since each retailer manages their own sales and systems, they are the ones who can assist you most effectively. If you contact us about a retail order, we will usually refer you back to your retailer, as they are the only ones with access to your order details.
